Currently, PT. Trans Kalla Makassar is developing TRANS STUDIO on approximately 17.5 hectares in the Tanjung Bunga area. It is a world class integrated development, comprising an indoor theme park, shopping mall, hotel and residential.
Each component of the development complements the others and together they combine to create a huge captive market. The fact that the project is situated in the tourism development area within the commercial and residential district is a further advantage.
JOB SUMMARY :
Responsible to provide assistance to Director in secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an efficient and effective manner
JOB DESCRIPTION :
* Provide assistance in the secretarial matters which covers meeting arrangement and preparation, appointment schedule with internal or external parties.
* Provide assistance in clerical matters which covers documentation arrangement, maintenance in documentation filing and all correspondences, documentation approval, etc.
* Provide overall administrative support to the Directors.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Office administration
* Secretarial skill
* Bookkeeping skill
* Decision making skill
* Effective verbal and written communication skill
* Time management skill
* Fluent in English
* Master in Microsoft office (MS Word and Excel)
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Minimum degree in Institute of Secretariat / Bachelor Degree with minimum 2 years experience as a Secretary
